Returns
General Returns Policy - ALL returns require an RMA#. To get an RMA# fill out the below form and we will issue an RMA# and provide you with a return address.
You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the delivery concerning returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If items are damaged during the return transit, the customer is responsible for filing a shipping claim with the freight company used for the return. If the items being returned happened to be damaged in return transit, we will review the damages and the refund will be based on the extent of the damages. We will pay for return freight, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Custom Built Items Return Policy
We do not accept returns on custom built items such as, custom sized gates, slope gates and any other products that need to be modified. Cancellations of custom built items must be done within 24hrs of the purchase to qualify for a full refund. Because we process and manufacture orders quickly, after the 24hr window, we cannot issue a refund for custom built items.
Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly and start the manufacturing process within 24hrs, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to any order canceled after the 24hr. period. This is the time from when the order is placed to the time the cancellation request is submitted. Orders cancelled within the 24hr. time frame will receive a complete refund. Cancellations of custom built items must be done within 24hrs of the purchase to qualify for a full refund. After the 24hr window, we cannot issue a refund for custom built items.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund, less the 25% restocking fee, within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
