Shipping Costs
Green States: FREE SHIPPING on orders $3500 and above. For orders less than $3500, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Orange States: FREE SHIPPING on orders $4500 and above. For orders less than $4500, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Blue States: Shipping rates for all orders will be calculated at checkout.
We understand that shipping costs are very high these days. If you only need a couple of fence sections, order them Unassembled. We can then ship them via UPS and not common carrier. Assembly is pretty straight forward and can be done relatively quickly. To see how to assemble a fence section visit our Video Resource Gallery.
Processing times are listed on each product. Orders will ship complete. If you order a product with a 1-2 day processing time and the order also has products that are 5-7 day processing, the order will ship in 5-7 days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at time of checkout using your order dimensions and weight, along with your delivery location. We ship orders using UPS, USPS and common freight carriers. Larger orders will ship by common freight on a tractor-trailer with a lift gate. The lift gate will allow the driver to off-load the products from the trailer to the ground. Orders will generally be delivered to your driveway. The freight company will contact you with a delivery day. Please be sure that access to your property can accommodate a common freight (tractor-trailer) delivery.
Products are shipped on a pallet, banded, stretch wrapped, and 2x4 braced if necessary.

Estimated Transit Times
This is the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive once we ship it. Add your order's processing time to get an approximate delivery date from when your order was placed.
Please do not schedule installation until you receive your fence products. The below transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Red States: 1-3 Days • Green States: 2-4 Days • Blue States: 3-6 Days • Yellow States: 4-7 Days
Returns Policy
You may return most unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the delivery concerning returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay for return freight, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not accept returns on custom built items such as, custom sized gates, slope gates and any other product that needs to be modified for the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund, less the 25% restocking fee, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
