Description
We will go with the commercial grade. That will give you the 3/4" sq picket with 1-1/4" sq rails.
We will do the double picket configuration with 8-10 rail spaced horizontaly. Straight Top with the pressed point pickets. The bottom rail will be flush at the bottom and the pickets will be about 6" or so above the top rail. The top rail will be about 6" lower than the uprights, like what is shown in the picture.
If you decide to purchase, we will require a sketch showing what you are wanting. Nothing perfect but something close.
