Aluminum Fence Products
We offer a limited warranty on all of our aluminum fence products. Our aluminum products will be free from manufacturer defects, and our AAMA 2604 powder coating will not crack or peel for a period of 7 years. For harsh natural environments, such as ocean front properties, we only guarantee our coating for a period of six months. We strongly recommend vinyl fence products for installations in and around ocean front properties. Aluminum gates and their welds, are guaranteed for a period of two years. This warranty does not extend to negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, extreme weather, vandalism, or acts of God.
PETS & ANIMALS: Our aluminum fencing is a great choice to keep pets in and wild animals out. That being said, we cannot guarantee that it will keep in all pets and keep out all wild animals. When ordering, please keep in mind that aluminum fencing will flex and bend with enough force. The animal's size and temperament should be taken into consideration before purchase. D&D Technologies Products
All D&D Technologies’ (“D&D”) proprietary* products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product.
If a structural defect appears, the original purchaser may return the item, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase to D&D or its approved international agents.
D&D or its agent will, at their discretion, repair or replace the defective item or part without charge to the purchaser. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY WHEN the product has been tampered with, when repairs or attempted repairs have been made by unauthorized persons, where the item has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident or damage in transit, or where the installer has not followed the instructions set out during installation, operations or Maintenance Requirements.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. No warranty is given other than that set out above. No other express or implied warranties (including statutory warranties) apply, other than warranties which may not be legally excluded.

SHUT IT Gate Hardware
SHUT IT Gate Hardware is proud to offer the best warranty in the industry for all of its wheel, hinge and guide products. For The Self Closing BadAss Hinge SHUT IT Gate Hardware guarantees all machined components (body, spacers and yokes) for the life of the gate on which it is originally installed. SHUT IT! Gate Hardware also guarantees on all remaining components (including bearings) for a period of five (5) years from date of original installation.
SHUT IT Gate Hardware products are guaranteed to be free of defects in both workmanship and materials. SHUT IT Gate Hardware’s liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to replacement of defective goods. Failures due to normal use and weather wear as well as defects caused by acts of God are not covered under this warranty. Defective goods must be returned to our headquarters in Tucson, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed upon by SHUT IT Gate Hardware’s returns department. As standard in the industry, Counsel’s warranty is based on proper installation, including adherence to our weight capacities. Additionally, any modification of products or improper installation will void the warranty.
SafeTech Hardware
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
(THIS “WARRANTY”)
1. Subject to the conditions and limitations set out below, Safetech Hardware Pty Ltd ACN 141 589 871 (“Safetech”), warrants that, for so long as the original purchaser of a product manufactured by Safetech owns that product (the “Product”), the Product will be free from all defects due to faulty design, materials or workmanship.
2. This Warranty is personal to the original purchaser of the Product, or to the first consumer where the Product has been purchased and installed by a contractor for the consumer’s benefit, and is not transferable.
3. This Warranty does not apply in respect of defects due to or arising from:
(a) normal wear and tear;
(b) the failure to follow any procedures specified or recommended by Safetech for the installation, operation and maintenance of the Product;
(c) any act or circumstance beyond Safetech’s control including tampering, unauthorised repairs or modifications, misuse, abuse, accident, damage in transit, damage caused by animals or natural events;
(d) any defect of or in any material to which the Product is attached; or
(e) the faulty workmanship of any person other than Safetech, including the installer of the Product.
4. To claim under this Warranty:
(a) the purchaser must advise Safetech within 14 days of discovering a defect in the Product;
and
(b) the purchaser must return the defective Product to Safetech or its agent, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase.
5. Safetech will not, under this Warranty, be responsible for consequential damages (such as loss of use) inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether direct, indirect or economic and whether arising in contract or tort. Under this Warranty Safetech’s responsibility shall not exceed the purchase price of the component or its replacement.
6. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Safetech will provide, at Safetech’s option a repair, replacement or refund for the hardware component of. If a product or component is no longer available and cannot be repaired, Safetech will, in its absolute discretion, replace the product with a substitute item.
8. The benefits to the purchaser given by this manufacturer’s Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) and any other statutory rights to which the purchaser may already be entitled, and this Warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies implied by law.
9. No other express warranty or representation has been made or will be made on behalf of Safetech with respect to its hardware components, or the operation, repair or replacement of those components. No representative of Safetech or its distributors or retailers are authorised to make any changes or modifications to this Warranty. This Warranty is provided by Safetech Hardware Pty Ltd
LIFTMASTER® LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA
The Chamberlain Group LLC (“Seller”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product, for the residence in which this product is originally installed (except where prohibited by applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec)), that it is free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the applicable warranty period stated for the product(the “Warranty Period”). The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
The proper operation of this product is dependent on your compliance with the instructions regarding installation, operation, and maintenance and testing. The warranty does not cover damage(s) or defect resulting from the failure to comply strictly with those instructions. If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, call (800) 528-5880 for residential products and (800) 528-2806 for commercial products toll free, before dismantling this product. You will be advised of disassembly and/or shipping instructions when you call. Then send the product or component, pre-paid and insured, as directed to our service center for warranty repair. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Seller for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Seller are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Seller’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Seller’s sole option. You are responsible for any costs incurred in removing and/or reinstalling the product or any component.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE FOR THE RELATED COMPONENT(S), AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Because Seller cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Seller or an authorized reseller in the United States or Canada, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Seller reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OPERATION OR CARE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT), LABOR CHARGES FOR REINSTALLING A REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNIT, REPLACEMENT OF CONSUMABLE ITEMS (E.G., BATTERIES IN REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTERS AND LIGHT BULBS), OR UNITS INSTALLED FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL USE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH, OR RELATING TO, THE GARAGE DOOR OR GARAGE DOOR HARDWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DOOR SPRINGS, DOOR ROLLERS, DOOR ALIGNMENT OR HINGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER ANY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY INTERFERENCE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.
The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this warranty will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec).
SOME STATES AND PROVINCES (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
